4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed custom development work (beyond 30 days)
  • Third-party integrations and licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Rush or expedited service fees
  • Services already rendered in full
  • Courses and digital products (after download/access)

5. Refund Process

5.1 Requesting a Refund

7. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

For subscription-based services: • You can cancel at any time • Refunds are available only if you cancel within 7 days of the initial charge • Refunds for cancellations after 7 days will be prorated for the remaining period • Access to services ends immediately upon cancellation

8. Custom Development Projects

For custom development: • Refunds are available only if the final deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications • Minor adjustments and revisions are included in the project scope • Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges • At least 50% of the project must be incomplete for a refund to be considered

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision: • You may submit an appeal with additional evidence within 14 days • The appeal will be reviewed by our management team • We will make a final decision within 10 business days • If still unresolved, the matter may proceed to arbitration

10. Conditions for Refund Denial

12. Warranty Claims
